Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental USA takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status and tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding international shipping options. Please check back for updates.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us immediately at info@swintomart.com if you need to change or cancel your order. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we cannot make changes.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
What items cannot be returned?
We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods (beauty products), hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@swintomart.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Are your fragrances 100% authentic?
Yes! Every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic. We source from authorized distributors and trusted manufacturers. No knockoffs, no imitations. Period.
How should I store my fragrance?
Store your fragrance in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid storing in bathrooms where humidity and temperature fluctuate.
How long do fragrances last?
When stored properly, most fragrances last 3-5 years. Eau de Parfum typically lasts longer than Eau de Toilette due to higher oil concentration.
Do you offer fragrance samples?
We currently do not offer samples, but we provide detailed fragrance notes and descriptions for each product to help you make an informed decision.
