Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping options for all orders within the continental United States:
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) – Free on orders over $50 / $5.99 on orders under $50
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days) – $12.99 flat rate
- Overnight Shipping (1-2 business days) – $24.99 flat rate
Shipping costs for Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may vary and will be calculated at checkout.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing times may be extended to 3-5 business days. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We ship to all 50 US states, as well as PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after dispatch. Express shipping takes 2-3 business days. Overnight shipping delivers within 1-2 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons or inclement weather.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We are actively working on expanding international shipping options. Please check back for updates or contact us to inquire about specific international shipping requests.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@swintomart.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Swinto Mart is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or family members
- Look around your property (porch, garage, mailbox)
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Wait 2-3 additional days as carriers may mark packages "delivered" before actual delivery
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you realize you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at info@swintomart.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.
